   Permission is granted to the user to use the software and
   associated files in this package to create and render images. The
   use of this software for the purpose of creating images is
   completely free. The creator of a SPOT-file and the image created
   from the SPOT-file, retains all rights to the image and SPOT-file
   they created and may use them for any purpose commercial or
   non-commercial.

  DISTRIBUTION:

   You must distribute a FULL PACKAGE of files. No portion of
   this package may be separated from the package and distributed
   separately other than under the conditions specified in the

  Source code:

   Fractal Explorer is written on Borland (Inprise) Delphi 3 (tm).

   The source code is _COMMERCIAL_ and not included in this package.

   If you interested with aspects of implementation of the given program,
   the prices for the source codes listed below:

   Fractal Explorer's source code price list:
     single, non-commercial use       - 299$
     single, shareware use            - 449$
     commercial and corporate users   - 599$

   The package with the source codes includes:
     Delphi's project file - DPR
     all program files     - PAS, DFM and RES
     related files         - DOF, DSK, BMP
     some custom objects and classes
   and full list related files (needed by Formulae Compiler, by example).
   It does not include sets of components RenderLight and SignSoft-OpenGL.
